From Maddela, Quirino to Isabela to Palaui, Cagayan

I was afraid that I would have to cancel this trip the second time. Last year, during Holy Week, I was set to do this, but had to forego it because I was too confident I would get bus tickets without having to reserve them.
This year, thinking that it was not peak season, anyway, getting the tickets at the terminal should not be a problem. I forgot Florida bus company had been shut down by LTFRB on account of the most recent Mountain Province accident, so people going up north had no choice but to get on Victory buses. I was standing in line as one of the many chance passengers. I was practically 4th to the last chance-takers for the last trip, who got a seat. THIS trip was, therefore, meant to happen.
